Formal Tutu Dress

This is a formal tutu dress that I made for a customer, complete with a matching tutu puff bow. If you are interested in me making one for your little cutie you can contact me at karlton5@juno.com. I can make about any color, I can also do up to 3 colors. This tutu dress was made in the Mardi Gras colors.
